  This place is just god awful. Don't get me wrong, the employees are very nice (most). Bad management at this location. I have spent over 3k in the last month but they will fight tooth and nail not to give you a discount even though you follow all the rules according to the website. I will spend more money at Lowes now. they have better prices anyways.

  Flooring department need to make an effort to get out from behind the desk when a customer is looking at samples. Several questions, each required me walk in back to the desk each time to get an answer. One staff member lacked ability to answer 1 simple question
